HOW DO I RETURN?

  1. Contact us at support@cellustra.com
  2. Give us your order number (with the # Prefix and RLT  Suffix) and email address you purchased with.
  3. We will give you a prepaid shipping label with instructions to get the device back to us.
  4. Once we receive the device and inspect the package, we will issue a full refund of your order. Funds can take from 3 to 12 business days to appear in your account.

 

WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE? 

  • Within 60 days from the date of receiving the device
  • In unused and resellable condition
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact

 

WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE? 

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Discounted items (if applicable)
